Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of TaipTrade, operated by Huggin Labs LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use TaipTrade.

Account

Keep your login credentials private and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for notifying us of unauthorized access.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time through the available billing controls. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable and are not prorated.

Acceptable use

Do not use TaipTrade unlawfully, interfere with the service, probe its security, bypass access controls or limits, redistribute licensed data, or access another person's account or data.

Educational use and no financial advice

TaipTrade is an educational journaling and analytics service. It is not investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. We do not execute trades or guarantee accuracy, availability, performance, profits, or any trading outcome.

Third-party data

Third-party market data, including ThetaData data, is for your personal use under the applicable provider terms. Do not redistribute it. If you connect a BYOK provider key, you are responsible for having the required subscription and keeping that key valid and authorized.

User content and AI outputs

You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and require your independent review.

Intellectual property

TaipTrade, its software, branding, and original content belong to Huggin Labs LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security reasons, nonpayment, or service changes. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free calculations, or complete data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huggin Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or trading losses. Our total liability for the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months or US$100, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
